Matter of A-B-: Litigation Update and Strategy Discussion
Join CGRS for a short webinar covering the Attorney General’s most recent opinion in Matter of A-B- and related legal developments for survivors of domestic violence seeking asylum. We will provide a brief overview of the A-B- decisions and recent BIA and federal court caselaw interpreting them. We will then discuss actions taken by the Biden administration on this issue to date and what we anticipate in the months to come. And finally, we will offer thoughts on strategies for pending cases at each level of adjudication in light of the current context. For additional detail, we encourage you to consult our recently released advisory on A-B- available upon request at: https://tinyurl.com/ABadvisory

Please note that this webinar will not be recorded to encourage a more frank discussion of the current status of the litigation and paths forward for survivors with pending cases. You may submit questions in advance at the registration link.
